Mark, Founder & CEO

Mark is a serial entrepreneur with successful ventures in software development, retail, and film-making.  Mark recently ended 3 years at Adobe to start CreativeWorx. For the 9 years prior, he was CEO of Pulse Digital, where he developed media-based solutions for ad agencies, broadcasters & Fortune 500.

Mark’s creative endeavors include running an interactive design firm and serving as co-Producer of Mira Sorvino’s first film “Amongst Friends”, which debuted at the Sundance Film Festival and was distributed theatrically in more than 30 countries.

He graduated from the Wharton School of Business, where he studied Entrepreneurial Management and Finance.

Mark, CTO

With over 20 years of Silicon Valley entrepreneurial product leadership, Mark has defined the architecture, managed, developed, and successfully delivered some of the most widely used and complex software development projects and platforms. At Adobe, this included Dreamweaver, the Adobe Creative Suite platform & extensibility, and the Adobe publishing platforms.

Michel, Software Engineering Ninja

Michel (aka Mike) is a Flex Master and serves as the leader of the NY Adobe Flex Meetup.  He’s just as comfortable solving thorny development challenges as he is destroying opponents on the ping pong table.

Fun personified…when not with keyboard or paddle in hand, Mike can be found on the volleyball courts, often with other CreativeWorx  teammates.  (Note: Volleyball skills are not required…but quite appreciated!)

Tarik, Server Master

Tarik spins servers and web services like a DJ at NYC’s hottest clubs.  Before you’re finished thinking of the challenge, Tarik’s already figured out how it’s solved and has a prototype.

Richipal, Server Master

Richipal spins servers only to crush the big data that he collects.  Nothing gets past him…and we’re all the better for it.

Melissa, Art Director

Melissa has 15 years experience working as a Senior Designer/Art Director. She’s specialized in digital media including UI, interactive and web, as well as print, illustration, branding, photography and project management.

She’s the creative genius behind CreativeWorx.  Besides her exceptional skills above, Melissa is an international photojournalist with an impressive set of countries visited.  We can’t wait to stow away in her backpack on her next trip!

Haylie, Designer

Even in this modern age, Haylie’s preferred tools are the sharpie and dry-erase marker.  She makes clients squeal with delight as she answers their wishes with white-boarding clarity!

Another dynamo on the volleyball courts, Haylie has also been known to make the most out of roadtrips.

Andrea, Project Manager

For almost 2 decades, Andrea has been a team lead and/or java developer.  While at IBM Consulting, she was a member of a select team at IBM’s Innovation Center in Manhattan.

When not running with her dog, Andrea can be found challenging the ski slopes.

Tom, Quality Assurance

Tom is one part Sherlock Holmes and one part super-hero.  Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound, Tom finds the smallest issues before they become issues.  He doesn’t rest until he knows all of Gotham City is safe, and even then he’s still on the prowl for more evil to fight.
